The hotel has a main building with a swimming pool where meals are served. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Natalia served a lovely breakfast, Leonel was in charge of the dinner service, and Samuel is in charge of the grounds and maintenance. I also met Claudia on my last evening. If I understood correctly, she is the general manager. Her English is excellent, and she was able to answer some of my questions about Argentina, since this was my first trip. After spending several weeks in Buenos Aires, it was nice to be in a very green open space for a few days. It’s my understanding that the hotel is the brain child of a woman who has a restaurant in Puerto Iguazu. So the food served at the hotel gets its inspiration from there and is very good. The meals were definitely a huge plus to the experience, and much of what was served is from the state in which Iguazu is located! "
