It’s a beautiful hotel and breakfast was amazing. But the staff was racist. When I checked in, the girl at the counter charged me 500€ for deposit just because I am Asian! On the website of hotels.com said deposit 50€! And when I checked out, another male staff asked me why do I paid 500€ for deposit!!!??? ...

The apartment was nice and clean. However I wasn’t sent check in instruction and codes and had to follow up with the property. Additionally the room smelt of cigarettes.

Spacious apartment with friendly service
The apaprtment is a bit outside city center. Very spacious, the balcony was generous as well. There is a washing machine that functions very well.
