"Safe parking lot Check in is 20 steps straight up Stairs difficult for seniors especially with luggage Room dark Shower was great hot water with good pressure Clean linens"

"Nice, clean rooms. I found the bed comfortable but my husband thought it was too soft. Nice to have a full length mirror in the bathroom. Lighting was decent. I thought it was overpriced for a stay without any included breakfast. Also be warned, if you need the shuttle bus for the airport I was told it does not run on weekends, nor is it 24 hours a day."

"Lovely room and comfortable bed. Disappointed that the pool was not operational as it was over 30°c during our stay. The breakfast was ok with diligent staff one morning and the next morning a young woman was on her cell phone most of the time. We had to ask for the food to be topped up. The tables were all dirty and she was not at all friendly. The management needs to have a word with her."

"Our room was quiet and kept clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was varied the 6 days we stayed there and presented attractively. My only complaints were no grab bars in the shower and the toilet stool was very low which made it difficult to rise from."
