Dans l’ensemble j’ai aimé le cadre et l’environnement mais il manque le wifi dans les chambre. Il serait bon de vérifier l’état de vos matériaux par exemple la pile de la télécommande... Sachez que certains client, comme moi, aiment les chambres assez éclairé.

Not where we thought it would be

The hotel has a bar/nightclub/restaurant and the sound came right through the floor. Our window faced a wall. Almost no one spoke English and what they spoke was marginal, not as suggested by their advertising. It is a long way from the airport and from the centre of town. The Receptionist was uninformed about our reservation and unfriendly. But there was hot water.

Hotel Santa Lucia nicht zentrumsnah.

Eigentlich wollten wir zentrumsnah untergebracht sein, wie dieses Hotel Santa Lucia ja auch in Google Maps eingetragen ist. Aber das stimmt so nicht, das Zentrum ist ca. 3km entfernt!!! Dennoch war es ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt, denn in den nahe liegenden Bars trifft man sehr viele nette Leute. Wir blieben noch eine Nacht...

toilette mal entretenu , évacuation d eau au sol mal calibré d ou l eau stagne a tout moment au sol ; évacuation lavabo ouvert d ou la montée de cafard dans la sale de bain , pas de wifi dans la chambre , moisissure autour de la baignoire . j ai fait une réservation avec petit déjeuné , mais j ai du payer les 2 premiers jours , et j ai été obligé de payer une demi journée sinon l hôtel m aurait mise dehors le dernier jour a 12h ......

Inconfortable

Le personnel y est très agréable, et fait du mieux qu'il peut. Néanmoins l’hôtel est un tantinet loin des point névralgiques de la ville, et les chambres sont d'un rare inconfort. Un téléviseur désuet avec une très mauvaise qualité d'image, un matelas fort inconfortable, des rideaux pas très propres et une mauvaise pression d'eau dans les toilettes.

Os funcionários me disseram que não receberam as reservas, me forçaram a ir para uma suíte porque não tinha vagas e tive que pagar XAF 40.000. Tivemos que pagar o café-da-manhã todos os dias. Fomos obrigados a pagar mais outras reservas do grupo. O local serve para baixo meretrício. O quarto não condizia com o oferecido pelo site. Não recomendo mais esse hotel e acho que deveria sair da lista do site.

il n y a rien de plus desagréable que d arriver à l hotel et d'apprendre que la chambre que vous reservé et payé n est pas disponible !! et que n ayant plus de chambre , l ultime solution c est de prendre carrément une suite et biensur bien plus cher !!! autrement à 5h du matin on est à la rue !!! rien d autre à dire sinon que c est lamentable

My Santa lucia experience

This is actually the worse hotel I have ever stayed in... In my whole life, Thze building is situated in a very good area of Yaounde called KONDENGUI, eqsily accessible and close to the centre ofthe town;;; But the whole hotel clearly needs some good work done.... The rooms are SMELLY, the toilets:barthrooms are DISGUSTING, ,,,, The area is very noisy and its impossible to have a good night sleep,,,,no air conditioning in rooms,,,no fridges,,,was the worse hotel experience of my life. I would never advise anyone else to go there, unless things change for the better,,

Staff is fine and they did work at resolving the problem of water leaking from the ceiling into the bathroom. The maintenance of the place has been neglected. This was not a value at the price; maybe at half the price, I would have been reasonably satisfied.
