The hotel is permanently closed and shame on Expedia for listing it as open when it has been closed for at least six months. I had to find emergency accommodation and use my holiday money for another hotel. Ive yet to get my money back from Ecpedia, too.

Older hotel is a good location. Big rooms with high ceilings and balcony. Fantastic breakfast included.

Wonderful Place to Stay

Lovely hotel in its own grounds. Pretty close to everything hou need. Good breakfast. Large rooms. Staff were excellent... really looked after me. Would definately stay there again.

HORRIBLE!!!

My two nights at Yuzana Garden Hotel was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The first night, there was an electrical humming noise and I couldn't sleep. I complained, but the manager wasn't there at night time and the staff didn't have the authority to move me to another room. They were able to move me to another room for the second night. The worse problem was when they ruined my favorite shirt and pants with the laundry service. The hotel won't offer the refund and kept insisting that with the proper ironing, it's ok. BUT, MY CLOTHES ARE PERMANENTLY RUINED!!!

Reasonable & convenient location

Found the Yuzana Garden hotel delightful - the staff most hospitable & helpful especially to move us to a brighter room in the front with balcony as our original room was very dark. The pool area was enjoyable with comfy pads on the loungers under large umbrellas. It was within walking distance to the Temple & shopping areas which made it very convenient. I would definitely stay there again & recommend to my friends. Unfortunately many would feel the hotel requires updating but it we enjoyed our stay especially with such friendly staff. .

Niedaleko hotelu znajdują się liczne sklepiki i miejsca, w których można coś zjeść. Sam hotel, oddzielony od ulicy ogrodem, wymaga odnowy. Pokoje dość ciemne ale czyste, wi-fi słabe, łóżko wygodne. Na basenie tylko 3 leżaki, w tym jeden połamany. Sniadanie bardzo dobre, personel uprzejmy i pomocny.

Problems with the Wifi

Good location and the staff very friendly The hotel is rather a "had been" grand in need of some uplifting The problem was the WiFi The password was for one hour after that you need to reconnect and not always is working The staff was very nice but was very annoying.

Hotel location was convenient for our walks.

Location was very convenient for the places we were wanting to be able to walk to during our few additional nights stay in Yangon. Great to have breakfast included each morning before we set off touring markets, China Town, Indian section, Shwedagon Pagoda etc. Found some nice places to eat close to the hotel for dinners. Down Nowadays Road which is very close etc.

ミャンマーらしいホテルです。中心部なのに敷地も広々しててリラックス出来ました。朝食は一般的で普通に美味しかったです。全体的に設備が古くなってますので更新しながら続けていっほしいです。

Wir suchten per Internet ein Hotel in Zentrumsnähe, das auch nahe dem Bogyoke Markt liegt und preisgünstig ist. Wir verstehen nicht, warum dieses Hotel nicht so gerne von ausländischen Gästen gebucht wird. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und bei Beanstandungen sofort aktiv und sucht nach Lösungen. Normalerweise wird ein Früstücksbüffet angeboten, doch bei so geringer Belegung offeriert man ein reichliches Frühstück nach Wunsch. Zuletzt waren wir die einzigen Gäste in einem großen Hotel. Vergleicht man allerdings die ausgeschriebenen Preise für die Übernachtung mit denen lt. Internet, so sind erhebliche Diskrepanzen zu entdecken. Internet ist deutlich günstiger. Die Preise am Empfang sind verglichen mit der Ausstattung etc. viel zu teuer. Daher die spärliche Buchung ausländischer Gäste. Höchstwahrscheinlich bezahlen Einheimische nur die Hälfte.
