The Westin Seoul Parnas

"The location is wonderful. The hotel is connected to a mall with a metro station. The rooms were lovely, and the housekeeping staff kept them immaculate . The lobby smelt divine. There were a couple of issues. The hallway on the floor we staid had a horrible scent. They had two dehumidifiers outside our room, but it still smelt very bad. Second do not ask the concierge for anything they were absolutely worthless."

"Such a great stay! Was conveniently located. The complimentary water and tea in the lobby was always stocked, and so incredibly refreshing coming back in from the heat. The free ramen at night was great, too!"

"The single room I stayed in was compact, but much more spacious than other single rooms I've set tayed in. Had everything I needed, even a big desk to work from. Breakfast is Korean style, which might not suit some western tastes. Lobby is basic and small, if that matters to you, but has hot and chilled water and a microwave you can use. Overall a great location near public transport that will get you anywhere in the city. Will absolutely be checking this hotel for availability next time I'm in Seoul."

"Very upscale hotel and the prices in the surrounding areas to match. If you're traveling on a budget, probably not the best area in South Korea. That said, three staff are great. Recommend buying your lotte world passes directly at the hotel if you're planning on going."

"The SIGNIEL Seoul is a 6-star hotel for a reason. The attentiveness to customer service and excellent is bar none. The rooms were breathtaking and were cozy yet effortless luxurious. The staff were very friendly and took care of all of our needs. A stay at this hotel should be a numbered wonder of the world. I definitely plan to visit again."

"Great place with three rooms and a living room for the price and location! Free parking was essential! The security code we couldn’t figure out but the response to the call button was prompt and let us in immediately! Would stay here again!"
