良い所から→朝食はとても美味しかったです。ただ冷たい物と温かい物の温度管理ももう少ししていただければ尚Goodでした。お部屋も綺麗ですし不満はありませんでした。スタッフの対応もとても良かったです。悪い所（改善点）→大浴場のシャワーが場所に寄って水圧がまちまちで、場所に寄ってはお湯が出ない所があった。またドライヤーですか、温風が出ない物があったり、なによりファンの中がホコリで詰まってました。火災の危険性もあるので掃除機で取り除いたり定期的にメンテはした方が良いです。部屋のドライヤーも同じです。

此次入住別墅房型算是和洋式房型, 同時有床和榻榻米, 房間真的超大還有個大餐廳, 晚餐是在個人包廂用餐, 餐點也精緻美味, 早餐就稍微普通一點, 但整體來說全家人都很滿意!

山形道の寒河江サービスエリアに隣接するホテルです。スマートインターで、高速から直接出入りできます。ただし、車以外のアクセスはあまり良いとは言えないかもしれません。ホテル自体は結婚式場もある総合的なホテルという感じで、茶褐色の特徴的な温泉もあり、部屋も清潔感がありました。スタッフの方々も地元の人なのかほのぼのとした接遇です。コスパ的には良いホテルだと思います。

コロナ対策のアピールは、やり過ぎかと思います。家族で来ているのに、食事が対面ではなく、斜め前だったり。バイキングの時のビニール手袋を着けるのも、サイズが小さくて着けるのが大変でした。
