「There was NO A.C. in my room for 2 nights and it was SO HOT, just UNBEARABLE. I asked for a small fan/ventilator but they did not give me one. They offered me another room but in that room there was a terrible sewer leakage, so I declined that room without hesitating. There was no room service and no room cleaning for the 3 nights.
