"Sarah at the front desk is always smiling and cheerful. Her excellent customer service is top notch.The shuttle service employee has been there 19 years which was impressive. I will visit the Radisson hotel near PDX again. The Lakeside Grill has pretty good food. The lake side view is beautiful."

"New clerk at the counter had some trouble with the computer. Nice suite size overall, but like most places it lacked furniture for two suitcases to be open at the same time. Like, hello, how about two suitcase folding chairs?"

"Terrible odor in my room, and there was a window taped up with black tape that was jammed open and looked terrible while also letting in cold air. After asking staff about this, hoping to get a different room, they there were extremely unhelpful and made no effort to remedy the situation, offer solutions, or even apologize for the inconvenience. I ended up just leaving. Very disappointed since the last time I stayed here was quite pleasant."
