「Stayed at Fairfield by Marriott South Binh Duong. My electronic toothbrush was fine on day one, broken after housekeeping on day two. Hotel Management’s reply? “We cannot determine when or how.” That’s not accountability, that’s avoidance. For a global brand, this is embarrassing.」
「It’s far from the airport and the city center, but a good value and a good stay overall. The host is great, and the place is nice, clean, everything works. I’d recommend to stay here!」
