The staff were so friendly and helpful, my daughter was unwell and they found a good hospital for us to go too, rang taxi and made sure they knew where to take us... room service was everyday, was basic.. as other reviews have said cleanliness isnt one of there top things... more to do with dusting...

is amazing and gigantic, water is clean, it's 1 minute walk from the hotel and has sunbeds and changing rooms. Allowed late check-out with ease. Rooms were cleaned well each day and even late afternoon/evening after we requested as we stayed in late. Only slight downside is that security will sleep and lock the front main gate so if you're coming back after midnight then be aware. Needing a new parking receipt everyday was a bit much when using...
