That said, the room I stayed in felt a bit outdated, and we were without power for a full day during our stay. There’s a lot of potential here to make the hotel truly shine and better highlight the original concept and character of the property."

"Wow. Truly a hidden gem perfect for a relaxing getaway. We chose the weekday trip as we heard it gets really busy in Tepotzlan over the weekends. The property is kept beautifully with tropical gardens and mountain views from the pool. The rooms have cozy patios with fireplaces and they deliver coffee and cookies every morning. The food in the restaurant was so good we ate every meal there vs taking a taxi into town. Hope to be back soon!"
