"Staff was incredible and extremely courteous and helpful. I recommend this resort, especially during winter season, it still offers a wonderful view of the City, even in the fog and rain. I also recommend more than a night's stay, so you can try the different breakfast styles, restaurants, or take the shuttle into xinbeitou to experience local Taiwanese markets. "Hotel room was bigger and comfortable than what we would find in places closer to Ximending. What I really like is how the lights have been designed to provide just enough light for the night and dim enough to still find my way to the toilet. The hotel is about 5 mins walk to the Beitou MRT. Along the way you will pass a Family Mart and a 7 Eleven which is very convenient if you like to buy snacks. "

"Nice and clean room in a well sit location. The reception area is huge and will make you feel you are one of the celebrities when you are there. The shuttle bus is very convenient. The staff is quite nice. What I like the place the most is the back hill of the hotel. If you get up early and walk through the path back there you will see the city of Taipei and the New Taipei City from the other side. "
