「Very clean room, excellent helpful owner who picked us up from bus station, close to ancient town.」

「Overall property great, staff on arrival for breakfast at door not very helpful with the broken coffee machine and my cup of coffee I tried making. By doing half her job caused an ateration with another customer over who's coffee was ready on the machine」

「Transporte gratuito a todos lados, excelente.」

「This was a great property, clean and the staff were very helpful, giving tips on where to go and arranging tickets and a car to take us to the train station. The place was clean and well maintained. It was on the river and easy to get to and from the old town. Really a great place overall.」

「The location is great to watch the waterfall. The front desk attendant was very helpful. She arranged the a driver to take us to the railway station.」

「Everything was amazing. From the very first interaction to the very last farewell. The host always responds to my questions promptly. Provided assistance with transportation to and from train station. Had welcome drink and snacks for us. Room was spotless and very comfortable, location was awesome as well. Situation very close to the river. Short walk to everything. Would definitely recommend to others.」

「Overall good 」

「Great location, friendly and helpful staff.」

「"The experience at the Libo Guesthouse hotel in Yonghun can be rated 5 stars. The room is excellent, very automated, spacious, comfortable, and has a great view. The service is even better. The person who attended to us was extremely kind and provided personalized attention unlike anything I've seen in my previous travels. Thank you." 」

「Good hotel」

「Old facilities, no air condition, has smell in room. 」

「A lovely owner that did everything he could to help. Rooms were ok. Beautiful view. But we did not get any cleaning in our 4 days there. We did not even get new towels in bed sheets in 4 days. The garbage was not taken in 4 days either」

「O hotel é bem antigo, tipo anos 70, o quarto é grande, mas precisa de uma atualização. Café da manhã chinês com pouca opção ocidental. Apesar de...

「The staff sent us to a different property managed by a friend. They overbooked the place and told us that they will not respect the reservation we made through Expedia. The room cost was triple the price. They sent us to a different location pretty far and without the view we reserved. They offered breakfast and different amenities without given any. We reserved the hotel because of the view of the falls and they sent us to a different hotel. I will not recommend at all. Right now we...
