The view from the hotel was really excellent! We stayed sea view room, so we cloud see sunrise.It was so beautiful and gorgeous. When we arrived and left the hotel, the staff on the first floor were very kind and gentle to us. The lounge staff whose name were Gloria and Iar were also very nice to us.

Rundum zufrieden

Unser Aufenthalt im Conrad Hotel dauerte nicht so lange, aber wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Staff ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und gross mit einer super Aussicht. Einzig schade ,dass mit so einer großartigen Aussicht die Fensterscheiben nicht so sauber sind. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

海が見下ろせる眺めと種類豊富な朝食が美味しかったです。スタッフがとても気さくで親切でしたハウスキーピングの方も笑顔で挨拶してくれ嬉しかったです。 残念だったのは、朝起きたら電源のブレーカーが落ちていて人を呼んだ事です。携帯電話の充電もできておらず、少し困りました。またお風呂の水漏れが結構あり、濡れないように工夫して入りました。

Recommended if great view is your only criterion

Conrad Xiamen provides awesome view of the ocean & the city and is conveniently located in vicinity of major tourist attractions (i.e. Xiamen U and a local temple are within walking distance). However despite its big price tag, many of its offerings may come as sheer disappointment if you are accustomed to what a global hotel chain franchise would ordinarily provide. For instance the rooms provide very poor sound proof (I stayed up all night listening to locals yelling and banging on their doors on my last night), room services are only provided via WeChat (a local messaging app) with limited menu choices (mostly local food), limited breakfast menu choices (again... mostly local food), no free wifi, and mediocre amenities. The staffs are nice, but are less seasoned in terms of making the guests feel welcomed and improvising. Relaxed weekend in Xiamen

Relaxed weekend in Xiamen. Hotel is new and modern, service is great with highly trained staff. Hotel lobby is at 38th floor. Apart from that slight inconvinience, the room is big with nice bathroom, sitting area and walk-in robe. View is great, except for the fog at the weekend. Hotel has a shopping mall at the bottom and is near restaurants and bus stops. Breakfasts are great. Will definitely stay here again next time in Xiamen. Wifi was not that fast though.

대체로 깨끗했고 조식도 맛있었습니다. 주변관광지는 택시타고 10분정도 걸립니다. 체크인 할때 보니 방에서 담배 냄새가 나서 방 교체를 요청했었습니다. 장애인지원이라고 된 킹룸은 화장실에 문이 없어 좀 당황스러웠으나 이 부분도 방 교체를 요청하니 바꿔줬습니다.
