「Booked property through Expedia and paid for a 1 bedroom suite and received a studio. Though check in process, using their keyless app, was simple, there was no one present to discuss what I paid for vs what we received for a room. When I contacted their customer service number, there was always a human answering the line but they were not empathetic or seeking to resolve the discrepancy.」

「We stayed here for one night while attending a concert at Gillette Stadium, and I absolutely loved the convenience! Being within walking distance of the stadium was a huge plus, especially after the concert. The hotel also has parking and a pool, which are nice perks! They offer complimentary breakfast, but we chose sleep instead LOL. Priorities! Overall, a great option if you’re attending an event at Gillette Stadium. I would definitely stay here again!」
