Hotel en pleno Casco antiguo de la ciudad, a los pies del castillo. Precioso hotel nuevo, limpio, personal súper atento. No tiene parking, pero hay uno gratuito muy cerca.

Lovely hotel in the old town centre. Good rooms and nice complimentary breakfast included. Close to restaurants and bars, however, beware of the narrow streets if driving and parking is some distance from the hotel.

The hotel was situated on very narrow one way street and poorly signed. We had to park some considerable distance away. This hotel is not suitable for people driving or anyone with mobility problems. Reception opens at 4pm and our book in took over half hour because there was problems with the reservation couple infront. The room was spacious, clean but sparsely furnished. Wehad great difficulty when we returned to the hotel at 10pm. We were given a key at reception with a button attached and told to click. We tried various methods of getting into the hotel including shouting , banging and pressing the buzzer when my husband noticed numbers on the button, they were small a and difficult to read. We are used to entry systems and we tried them but nothing happened. We were thinking we would have to sleep in the car when we had 1 last go and the door clicked and out of frustration my husband shouldered the door and it flew open to our great relief. The problem with the hotel is lack of information there are 2 notices on reception with details of wifi, breakfast times but that is all. We speak some Spanish but the receptionist spoke no English, there are no town maps no info about parking no tourist leafets and usually when there is an entry system we are given the code on a slip of paper and the wifi details are included. The breakfast was good but because of the position of the hotel, lack of info and the problems finding parking we would not stay again.

This is an excellent place to stay. The owner was very friendly and due to my husban’s disability, gave us an accessible room on the ground floor. It was very spacious, well decorated and full of character with a huge bathroom. Great breakfast choice as well. Well situated for the old town. We managed to park in a small car park just along the road which was very convenient.
