Property is very outdated from the moment you turn off I77. Outside paving and signage were in need of repair. The interior is in need of paint and patching of holes and scuff and dirt on the ceiling and walls. Even the sprinkler system just had holes cut into the ceiling to expose the sprinkler heads. There were hairs in the sheets. The air conditioning smelled musty and even though stated hotel was entirely non smoking the room smelled of smoke. Do not get off in Wytheville for a quick over night stay!

Property is dated and even though non smoking it smelled of smoke. Staff was nice and friendly and the breakfast was good. Easy to get to places to eat.

Good price and easy access for a one night stay with family. Lobby is updated and pleasant, and evening front desk staff were friendly and social. Our beds were comfortable, but our room was cleaned minimally. The bathroom had hair in the shower before we used it, and visible dirt on bathroom floor. Gnats were in our room and the room smelled damp. The high point of the hotel is the morning breakfast. That was really great.

This hotel was great!!! We felt safe and comfortable. Even though we arrived late (after 10 pm), the lobby still had coffee, tea, lots of fresh fruit, and water with orange or lemon slices in it!! It was such a nice way to end a long day of driving. I would stay at this hotel again!

There was major construction around the hotel….with parking lots that were in disrepair all around the perimeter of the property. And a rundown steak restaurant that was closed permanently where a sushi place had moved in was next to the property. I didn’t know the area but felt like it might not be a good area because of the shape of the outside. The inside was clean but very outdated. The reviews were a 9.2 when I booked it….even close!
