「The beach is a 3 minute walk. The suite is compact with a nice outdoor seating area. Everything worked fine, we cooked 1-2 meals per day and had the other meal at local restaurants. We enjoyed the local cats visiting as well as the rooster alarm clocks! The host had terrific communication with us. Our flight was delayed until very late at night. We had no problems with the lockbox and keys. Many thanks!」

Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. 「Just a classic resort. La Casita gives a family a wonderful apartment to enjoy it from. Every morning a shuttle (golf cart or van) will take you and your family to the resort where you walk through the beautiful lobby, then onto a funicular and then to a ferry ride to Palomino Island. 「Couldn’t have been better! Ruben and Jessica were exceptional hosts - very friendly, helpful on local ideas and almost always available via phone, text or just knocking. If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch.
