「this is one of the worst hotels i have ever booked. price/value is not there. the receptionist was rude and when I want to borrow the kettle (they don't keep one in the room), waited for an hour, then he said he is busy. the housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the room, this hotel only have breakfast served. overall, a big disappointment, never again, I will stay at Fourside」

「你好，交通離輕軌車站近和住宿房間乾淨和服務人員很好，只是和飯店的訊息都沒收到回覆 ？... 這一點很有問題，因為總是想知道一些飯店的訊息 ~ 」

「Hôtel très bien situé car à 5 min en voiture de europa parc. Personnel agréable et gentil Petit bémol pour la literie, effectivement le lit fait énormément de bruit」

「We stayed here for one night on our way to Europa Park. Due to a flight change we were going to arrive late and I saw that check in was only open until 10:30. I sent the hotel a message and asked what we would need to do, after a few messages back and forth we were told if we arrived late there is a lock box near the door, and we were given the code and told our room keys would be in there, as it was we arrived with ten minutes to spare so didn't need to do this. The photos don't do the rooms...

「Günstiges Hotel im Industriegebiet. Sauber und preiswert. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus waren immer reichlich vorhanden. Wer Bedenken wegen dem nahelegenden Schlachthof und/oder Bordell hat, kann ich beruhigen. Beides nimmt man quasi nicht wahr. Frischluftfanatiker können auch bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Dann ist es aber etwas laut wegen der nahen Strasse. Wenn das Fenster zu ist hört man davon nichts. McDonalds/BurgerKing gleich um die Ecke, Autobahn relativ schnell zu erreichen. Rezeption...

「Alles Bestens. Zimmer sind sauber. Personal ist total freundlich. Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr lecker und von allem was dabei. 」

「Check-in en dehors des horaires d'ouverture de l'accueil très compliqué, la borne 24h/24h présente dans le sas d'entrée n'est pas fonctionnelle, vous devez attendre désespérément que la personne de garde vous voit pour vous ouvrir. En dehors de ça l'hôtel est très propre est à 10 min d'Europa Park.」
