Great location

Excellent hotel in a great location, easy to access the tram or better to walk along the path by the river into town. We didn't breakfast at the hotel it was a bit busy. But very good little bakery just down the lane in front of the hotel. Just be aware that the booking and assess the your room number and pin code is only available via the web page and then wasn't obvious to find, connection on 3g was very slow. It would be better if this info was in the email.

It was unique not to have a front desk and a complete self check in. We saw no staff and met no staff. It was something we’ve never encountered.

Booked, but no way to enter!

I booked, I paid, but no access code, no way to get in contact with the hotel nor Hotels.com. just nothing at all. In the end I found a other hotel around the corner that had a roo available. Now I have to see I can get my money back

Søtt hotell i rolig område

Veldig fint hotell, enkel innsjekk, fine rom. Ikke aircondition, så litt varmt på de varmeste dagene, men ellers supert for en natt eller to.

Hatte zuvor die letzte, schlechte Bewertung gelesen und war verunsichert. Im Nachhinein frage ich mich, ob da jemand bewusst das Hotel schlecht reden wollte. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Das es keine Rezeption gibt ist Geschmackssache. Der checkin/Zugang war aber super einfach. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden und im Hotels.com Preis war sogar das Frühstücksbuffet inkludiert. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer und das Zimmer war absolut ausreichend von Größe und Komfort. Auch das Bett war angenehm groß, ca. Queen size wurde ich jetzt sagen.

Hotel für ältere Menschen ungeeignet

Für uns ist klar, in einem solchen Hotel werden wir in Zukunft auf keinen Fall mehr übernachten. 1. Das Einchecken hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Wir haben keine E-Mail mit einem Zugangscode erhalten. Die angegebene Kontakt-Telefonnummer existierte nicht. Der telefonische Kontakt zu Hotels.com funktionierte anfangs auch nicht. Erst nach mehrmaligen Versuchen konnten wir jemanden sprechen, der Kontakt mit der Hotelverwaltung aufnehmen konnte, so dass wir die Zimmernummer und den Zugangscode genannt bekommen konnten. 2. Der Aufgang zum Zimmer führte in einem unansehnlichen Treppenhaus über 42 Stufen, für ältere Menschen mit Gepäck eine Zumutung. Das Treppenhauslicht vor dem Zimmer funktionierte nicht, so dass wir erst nach mehrmaligen Versuchen den Code eingeben konnten, um die Zimmertür zu öffnen. Das Zimmer entsprach einer schmalen Dachkammer, ca. 1,50 Meter breit und ca. 8 Meter lang mit zwei seitlichen Bettkojen unterhalb der Dachschräge. Die Tür zum Bad konnte nur mit Gewalteinwirkung geschlossen werden, was wir jedoch unterlassen haben. Wir haben dafür das Licht im Bad angelassen, um nachts den Weg zur Toilette zu finden. Das Bad war sehr ordentlich und bei der Toilette war positiv hervorzuheben, dass die Spülung erfreulich leise war. Abschließend kann gesagt werden, dass wir dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall wieder buchen werden. Das gilt im Übrigen ganz allgemein für Hotels, die keinen Personen Empfang haben und als Aus-Checkzeit 10:00 Uhr vorgeben.
