「bad chair, no clothes hanger and no shower foam offered」

「The front desk staff was amazing very friendly and helpful! House keeping came to do our room and they apparently don’t empty the garbages or anything tho so we cleaned our room our self and then they made the bed and gave us towels. The pool area was okay but most of the chairs on the pool deck were ripped and broken and the pool itself inside was pretty dirty. The hotel bar / restaurant didn’t have much , everything we tried to order they were out of so we got fries. Other than that it was...

「The older guy that does breakfast or works at the desk is rude and has a nasty attitude. He told me that it is against the law to transfer me over to a room for a guest which was a friend of mine. That is not correct, I work at a hotel now. You are not allowed to give out room number information, tell anyone about a guests room number, let anyone in the room that’s not a registered guest in the room and if you mistakenly give out a guest room number while telling them about where their room is...

「The facility and room was clean and nice. We’ve stayed here a few times before, but now they are charging for parking that we were not made aware of ahead of time. They also drafted our account three different times which put us the over limit for the day. Two of them did drop off, but it was a major inconvenience to have all those charges drafted at one time. We will probably not stay here again.」
