門口掛請勿打擾也是會被開門. 早餐選擇性很少,飲料連咖啡都沒有

This hotel is 4 floors of a high-rise building that is also home to another hotel, offices and retail. There is only one elevator that serves this hotel. Very inconvenient and scary. The lobby is disconnected from the elevator which is in a wind tunnel. The toilet did not flush and had to change rooms. Do not stay here. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable.

Verkehrsanbindung ist gut, sagt auch der Name auch

Was halt gar nicht geht: Einem Gast ein kaltes Zimmer mit geöffnetem Fenster im Winter zu geben und der Klimaanlage mit der geheizt wird konnte keine Wärme entlockt werden. Personal kann nur chinesisch und kann auch den Beschwerdegrund nicht nachvollziehen bzw. versucht sich raus zu reden. Im Sommer mag das funktionieren im Winter tue ich mir so etwas nicht an.

Rude Staff, only one elevator for 34 floors

We stayed in 12 hotels on our trip to China and this was by far the worst Hotel we stayed. The staff is rude and bad manner, but the worst thing is that we had to wait about 15 minutes for the elevator EVERY TIME, they only have one elevator from the first floor to the 16-19 floors where the rooms are located. The hotel share the building with many other hotels and business. Beside this there are renovations and constructions in other parts of the building so you hear construction blows all day long. I really don't recommend this hotel is really a bad experience.
