作為5星級酒店，gym太小，前台工作人員服務欠佳，早餐一般，但是房間整潔舒適，浴室非常棒！hotel.com的silver會員竟然有10%的餐飲折扣！真的很棒喔！

special room design
My room is very special. the glass roof and half wall glass make the room quite bright. In the evening there's auto curtain could cover them. If there're more choices for breakfast, it will be much better.

房间空间大
酒店的外观建筑看上去比较的旧一些，但是胜在房间空间大，我们选择的一间套房有50多个平方，十分宽敞，人住着比较舒服。酒店服务也还不错。

Clean and nice hotel, but breakfast was too simple
We were there for a night. Nice location, but too simple breakfast. The room was alright. Bath room has no shower case. Not a nice feeling to have a shower standing in the bath tub. Better than average little boutique hotel.

Overall great stay for the $ with in walkable distance to old town. Front desk staff needs to be more warm and happy as they provide first hotel impressions to arrival guests.

What a horror story this property. Extremely old and poorly kept, definitely not a 5-star property, not only for the property but especially for the complete lack of services amenities and personnel. Speaking about the personnel, they were extremely rude and unhelpful both front office and housekeeping. We decided to check out earlier in order to avoid spoiling the rest of our holiday. Stay away from this hotel if you want to enjoy Wroclaw.

We only stayed for one night, but the 5 star rating is deceiving. I feel bad to say that I didn’t feel like it was a 5 star hotel. There’s no ramp to go down to the lobby/ front desk from the main entrance for those who have rolling luggages or strollers, only stairs and a wheelchair elevator. It was pretty empty in terms of staff and guests. The room was spacious and clean but the pillows barely held its form and the bedsheets were coming off the bed. The location was nice and quiet, close in proximity to the Market Square, mall, and park.

Lovely 3 night stay at the Granary Suite Hotel. Staff were polite and helpful. Had a garden room in the older part where of the hotel which was nice and spacious with comfortable beds. Short walk into the town square which meant it was far enough to be nice and quiet in the evening. Didn’t have a chance to eat in for dinner but couldn’t fault the breakfast buffet. Whole place was clean and well presented.

Leider den hohen Preis (3-er Zimmer, 255 EUR für 1 Nacht inkl. FR) nicht wert, da entgegen der Bildern lt. Ausschreibung, 08/15 Executive- Zimmer ohne besonderen Charme erhalten. Also keine Backsteinmauer, kein Dachzimmer. Und normale Hotelzimmer gibt es in guter Qualität in anderen Hotels günstiger.

Lite utvalg til frokost. Overpriset. Personalet glemte bestillinger på hva man ønsket. Mye støy på hotellet i helgen. Wifi var tregt. De reklamerer for spa, det var det ikke. Var i et eget bygg med et «kommunalt» basseng. Positive: sentrumsnært og grei størrelse på rom. Merkelig at dette er et femstjerners hotell

Great hotel, well furnished. Great staff and food.
Fantastic hotel. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms where spacious and well furnished. The best part was the breakfasts. Really great food every day. Highly recommend and will be using for future business travel.

Nice hotel, near old town
Friendly staff, large rooms with plenty of furniture. Good location, walking distance to old town. However, there is no lift access from street level to the lobby - you must carry luggage down a flight of black stairs backlit by harsh led strips with little overhead lighting which makes it very difficult to see the steps when going up and down. Also, the wheelchair lift was not in working order when we were there, so that wasn’t an option for the seniors in our group who had trouble navigating the stairs. The hotel parking loy is very small with room for less than ten vehicles.

Awesome building within the Old Town
Great location in a special building! Within the Old Town, very well connected. The rooms are awesome, beautifully made and very comfortable. Friendly staff, good amenities, nice reception area. Breakfast is OK. Parking needs an app which doesn't always work very smoothly.

Hotel liegt sehr ruhig , dennoch zentrumsnah. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in 2 Min erreichbar , die Innenstadt in 5 Min. Große Zimmer , Ausstattung gut . Zimmer sind wie abgebildet . Das Hotel innen außergewöhnlich in Architektur , sehr schön . Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet und sehr guter Service.

Lower than my expectation
Nice reception and restaurant. I expected a more modern and renewed hotel , but the room are quite old, with fitted carpet. Pillow selection quite narrow, only too soft ones, really bad sleep.

Fabulous stay
It was a comfortable stay with great service. Room was large enough for a standard room and well maintained. Food was also excellent. Only downside for me was the wifi was a little spotty in my room.
