The support that was given by the host was absolutely perfect!! There was a problem with the original point of stay....however hotel management went out of their way to upgrade us to a different place. Everything from food to transportation and points of interest are within walking distance. When planning a stay in Wroclow, choose INQSE!!!

Location and comfort

The apartment is extremely well located in a quiet cul de sac that is 300m from the main square (Reynek) with its huge selection of restaurants/bars, one of the main malls is 200m via an underground walkway, convenient for main transports links. The apartment itself is extremely comfortable and extremely warm plus option of air conditioning for summer stays.

All the features you could want, at an affordable price. Even a clothes washer in your apartment. Monogrammed towels, plenty of hot water, comfortable chairs, and so much room! Bed so comfortable that you wont want to get up.

This was our second stay at this property. Amazing apartment style hotel. Girls at reception are friendly. Rooms are really nicely done and clean kitchen comes with everything you need in case you wanted to cook. This hotel is right downtown. 10 min walk to main train station as well. Highly recommend and will be back.

We had a large room for relaxing and a large bedroom, we stayed over the weekend so there was noise from outside, the stay was comfortable and the breakfast and staff were great. Maybe an upgrade to a smart TV would be nice. Central position for Poznan and what it has to offer.

Excellent place to stay near everything. The apartment itself was beautiful, very well maintained and really felt like a home with all the amenities. Bed was comfortable, we has a balcony, it was perfect! The only downside was that the alley going to the apartments had lots of broken glasses and garbage on the pavement. Other than that, nothing bas to say, i will definitely go back.

Great place right in Rynek

Amazing aparthotel right by Rynek. It is located in a quiet street that is 5 minutes walk to the centre of Stare Miasto with all the restaurants and shops. The woman at the reception was kind and pleasant at check in and check out. The room had everything I needed for my 4 night stay. The AC was perfectly cool on those 30°C days. The room had the kitchenette, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, laundry, etc. Really perfect and I will book this place again next time I'm in Wrocław.

The apartment was in great condition and clean. The big windows and the location is just perfect. We had a problem with the check in because we didn’t receive the information and the only way to contact the hotel is by phone. There’s no reception. But we managed to get our check in information by phone in the end and after that everything was fine!

Nice apartment in central location

Our apartment was very nice, spacious and clean. It was located very centrally to the city center and was a convenient walk to many places. However, the one complaint I have is that the check in process could use some improvement. I didn’t get my check in info/code until 2 pm the day of our arrival after requesting it multiple times. It was also sent via a WhatsApp message, not via my email. The hot water also stopped working the morning of our check out day. These were not major deficiencies. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

We stayed here 5 years ago although in a different apartment. So we knew what to expect. The location is amazing for trams, shopping and the Christmas market. All within a few minute walk. The apartment itself was nice, clean and spacious. Our main issue with the stay was the bed was so so uncomfortable. One of the adults ended up sleeping on the sofa bed. Another disappointment was the refusal to give any sort of late checkout knowing we had a late flight and young child. We offered to pay and told absolutely cannot. We rushed out and annoyingly no house keeping was waiting to get in and the receptionist wasn’t even at the front desk for checkout.

This has to be one of the nicer stays we have been to in a long time. The apartment was very well equipped and nicely decorated and renovated. Kitchen had everything you needed and coffee pods. Slippers were a nice touch as well. A few things to note: - The apartments do not have a reception and they communicate via WhatsApp called SmartChat and they also take payment via a link in a WhatsApp. I was unsure if this was a scam, as it is always advised to communicate within Expedia and not to pay through an unknown link. However, I called the apartment's business number and confirmed it was indeed their business. I sent the payment after I arrived to the apartment just to make sure. - Also, the address to the apartment was given to me the day before i arrived, which is different than advertised. However, it was not far from the original address and the apartment had lots of great restaurants in the same building. Overall, a really great stay and would recommend!

Ok for two people, bad choice for four people

Location is good Apartment is ok, although quite a bit dinged up. Bedroom is good, but foldable couch is lousy. Seems to break down if two people of 70 kg lay down and makes a terrible squeak on each movement. Told reception right away but no effort was made to fix it (managed to improve a bit by squeezing paper in the joints) Also curtains in living room don’t darken the place at all so it’s light early. Washing machine is practical, kitchen and bathroom are fine. Free good coffee at reception.. but broke on first day and not fixed for the next three days. Parking is good/secure… but you have to reserve many days in advance (and that is not mentioned on the info), so we couldn’t get a place for three days. (There is street parking and a large underground garage two blocks down)

Central stay in downtown Wrocław

The studio has a decent size, good bathroom. I used both the washing machine and the dishwasher. The building is located in a death-endstreet which I used as a servicealley too. Can be noisy due to carbishtrucks and vans and trucks unloading. Better have an appartment on the backside
