"The most inconvenient hotel I have ever stayed at. Check in is through a kiosk, parking is across the street (you have to take two skyways to walk from parking garage to hotel), everything is done via QR codes (parking, hotel entrance, room key). Currently under renovation, and my room was renovated, but still extremely basic (especially for the price). Not even a desk or computer chair to sit at for work. Location is decent but you will have to drive 5-10 minutes for something as simple as a water or snacks. I will say the staff was kind and friendly. However - I will never be staying here again."

"We went to the bar asked for 3 different types of drinks that they had on the menu and thy were out of them. When we got back from our show around 10:30 they were closed. And there’s not any other place to walk to."

"Room was clean. Curtain day shade was torn - 6" hole/rip. Mentioned to front desk since they requested credit card for incidentals. Bathroom toilet paper holder and towel hook was pulling out of wall. Outlets were very worn loose and didn't hold device plug."

"Our stay ended up being terrible. It started out a couple of hours before check in, we were switched to another unit. We were told that the unit we had rented was being worked on. The unit we moved to was ok, but we had to call about TV set up and remotes. The next morning, we had food on the kitchen table that was full of ants. We lost our food. The next morning, the hot water did not work and within a few minutes the power went out. We were not able to shower. With the combination of events, we felt we should get at least half out money back. We ended up getting 25% back but definitely disappointed in the inconveniences when we wanted to have a relaxing weekend."
