This is the worst ever experience I’ve ever had After ferry delays late at night zero phone signal left half an hr before someone eventually answer the door to be told the hotel had a serious fire risk & waiting on an inspection the next morning By this time it was past midnight & struggling to get alternative accommodation so had No option but to sleep across my seats leave unable to use my breathing machine I will never use this booking service again can’t even spk to anyone regarding a refund

Our stay was lovely friendly staff when they was around, breakfast was lovely. Down side was sauna not working and was only told about this On the Saturday. The views and grounds where stunning, we will return again at some point.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely friendly staff. Food was delicious, both evening meal and breakfast. Our room was lovely. Our only complaint was the people next door to us who thought it was ok to talk loudly, shout and have the tv on max till gone 2am. This is no reflection on the hotel and would definitely stay again.

Lovely two nights spent here staff were lovely food great and hotel. Had a problem with our room the first night as radiator wouldn’t turn off so was like a sauna but we were moved and up for added the next day

Room was loverly.check in very easy. Hotel feels a little run down in areas. Staff need more training in making latte coffees. It was cold and far too strong. Breakfast was loverly but i felt i was in an all inclusive hotel abroad as it was self service. Still it was hot and tasty.

I paid for a spa hotel and was told on arrival both the the pool and sauna wasn't working!! Scammbled eggs for breakfast were cold.tip heat your warming pans before putting food in them As for the room ! Bath was dangerous and unsafe

Extended country house, a bit off the beaten track. Room was comfortable, not new, but not tired. Parking was ample, however for some reason there was evidence of a bike being stripped down in the car park the following morning? Breakfast itself was good, with a selection of hot and cold items if booked. Be careful of satnav when leaving, if you go Right out of the hotel, there will be a few miles of single track lanes which appear to be a rat-run for avoiding congestion.

Lovely place to stay. Ample parking, serene looking pool and comfy bedroom. Bathroom showing signs of wear but that is to be expected for a house of this age/busy hotel. Very helpful staff, and fab breakfast. Would stay again.

Set in lovely quiet surroundings, this is a lovely hotel with great staff. I was here for business, but will definately come again for pleasure. Food choice was good and reasonably priced and there is plenty of parking
