「各方面都算滿意」

「The young lady on reception has very poor customer service. She is condescending and rude, she was to me and other guests. The room was not vacuumed at all and filthy. Uncomfortable mattress. 」

「Lovely room and incredibly clean which is nice. However hardly any staff there ever. We had an issue with a couple of things and no one there to sort it so just had to make do. Also at night there is an emergency exit light which is extremely bright and nothing to black it out. The views were really lovely though and the place is quiet. My partner had a lot of difficulty getting into our room though as there was no one at reception and we booked for two. He had to call a number whilst I was at...

「Can't auto check in」

「The room was a little tired and dirty. The bathroom has not been cleaned well. There were hairs in the tub and marks/dirt on the toilet seat and around the sink area. The front desk staff were pleasant enough, though at check in I was told I owed £40 but I’d already paid the full amount. The redeeming part was the breakfast- good food and friendly staff. 」
