I was in your restaurant meet someone but a colleague who was check in with me together requested change the key for her to get into my room and you just did but not double check with me. you change the key for her but then I was not able enter the room. 」

「兩大兩小入住兩張單人加大房型，行李箱可以完全展開，房間舒適、服務人員親切，早餐是在房內享用，有日式和西式，可以選擇時段會送到房門口，大廳有點心吧，晚上會有房客每人各一杯紅白酒可飲用，飯店隔壁就是唐吉訶德，全家也在轉角，走到銀座中心購物也很近，地點方便，推薦👍 我來自台灣，有兩名櫃檯人員是台灣人，謝謝您們耐心解答我的問題😊」

「非常滿意房間就有洗衣機和烘衣機，地理位置也非常好走路就能到銀座築地市場，搭地鐵也很方便大概走1.5公里左右，人工非常的專業和親切也很有禮貌前台24小時都有人還提供免費的洗衣液。我一定還會帶來居住的。」

「Everything was wonderful, only except that it happened that our room was right next to the gym, so there were some door and dumbbell dropping noises once a while. However, except that, everything was great. House keeping super tidy, spotless. Food was yummy too. If you're going to visit places on the Hibiya Line even better because the hotel is right on top of one of the stations.」
