「We do enjoy staying here and plan to continue doing so. We are only sharing this feedback to highlight a few areas that could be easily improved. When we arrived, there was a noticeable amount of dog food spilled in the upstairs hallway, as well as a significant amount of dog hair on the stair landing near the kids’ floor. 「I don’t have any real concerns as it served my needs for its intended purpose for myself and my dog, a warm safe place to get some rest for the night. I would recommend it for most people in my circle that our pet owners that need a place to just crash on their way through.」

「I can't be sure about the quality of the room because I never had a chance to see it. We arrived at 3:00 (check in time) and there was nobody at the front desk. I called the number on the door and was told that we needed to wait an hour because she was grocery shopping at the moment. I would have maybe been a little more understanding had I been spoken to kindly, but the woman's tone of voice was nothing but rude over the phone. 「The room was pretty clean and the bed was okay but the pillows were terrible. The heater took awhile to warm up and wasn’t even on when I got there so it took awhile to get warm but then it was too hot. I had to keep turning it down all night. Between that and the rock hard, flat pillows, I did not sleep well. Staff was super nice when I checked in and the chocolate was just what I needed after a long drive. 」
