「Excellent location, the apartment was stylish and exceptionally well equipped. The hosts are very charming and full of helpful tips and information. We had a wonderful stay.」

「The loo pedestal wasn't fixed so it wobbled when I sat on it, the towel rail came off when I hung a towel on it, and the TV didn't work. I managed to switch it on once but couldn't work out how to connect it to the WiFi. Instructions were unhelpful and in the end I couldn't get it to switch on despite trying new batteries in the remote control. Although saucepans and dinner plates were provided there were no bowls or small plates. Finally there was no washing up bowl and/or sink plug. It also...
