The staff was alright. We were told that our 2 rooms would be directly across the hall from each other. That was not the case. They weren't even in the same group of rooms. We asked for them to change one of our rooms, however, they said that was impossible. They didn't offer a discount or anything to apologize for the huge error. The rooms were alright. Could have been cleaner. The pool had lots of hair in it, which was incredibly gross. The breakfast was pretty good, the attendant on duty was considerate of our daughter's dairy allergy and didn't mind checking ingredients for us. Average stay.
