「到展覽中心非常方便 」

「Cleanliness and spacious room are the most important for our family. Convenient location with DLR Royal Albert next by. Will stay again next time. 」

「FRAUD. Fully paid online yet staff at check-in claims hotel received no money and demand full payment again. Unfriendly staff. Free wi-fi running at 0.7mb , otherwise ask for GBP 5 per day. 」

「Very clean and cosy」

「The room and the staff are amazing the it was lovely and clean, only issue was paying extra for more clean towel」

「First of the descriptions of the place was very difficult to locate and I don't get it why they added photos of an university campus and the direction of address wasn't accurate. Then it stated free parking spot in the area, but I just received a parking ticket of £60 on same place with a photo of where I parked my rental car during my stay. I could have stayed at a hotel with parking spot and pay less. Maybe other customers will be okay with place, but I had a terrible experience and it's...

「Property was clean staff was helpful location was great for shopping and getting to buses and rail transportation. Would be great if there was refrigeration unit and a microwave in room. New restaurant food was okay coffee machine was not working and does not seem to be enough staff. Overall good stay!」

「Fantastic place ! excellent service and breakfast 」

「Beautifully decorated hotel, you know when you arrive this will be a special stay. Staff offered a sincere welcome, along with a glass of wine and were available consistently to ensure our stay was a great experience. Room was lovely, clean, shower spotless and great water pressure. Train station close-by, 5 minute walk, including a direct line to Heathrow terminals. Lots of different exits from the station, make a note as you enter so you have the closest route to House of Gods. Check out...

「Staff is helpful. The room is nice with clean. Easily accessible to different areas in London by tube, DLR or Elizabeth Line. Very good place indeed. Will come again in the future and highly recommend to friends.」

「I actually thought it was excellent across all - 5 stars! The review functionality wouldn’t let me scroll across to select. Staff were awesome, room was clean and plenty of space, food in the pub was fab. Will be staying again」

「此住宿環境優美，寧靜，自駕方便，就算搭火車到倫敦中心亦只不過25分鐘。 酒店職員服務態度十分好，餐飲好味。」
