"Clean room"

"I have stayed at this property several times and it continues to deteriorate with every visit. For starters, I tried to phone the property with a simple inquiry as I was driving toward Kennesaw and the person at the hotel refused to help me. I was instead given another number to call, which was an automated phone line that required me to enter the ten digit itinerary number to proceed, something that is impossible to do while driving on I-75. When I got to the hotel, I couldn't check in because nobody was at the desk. There was a sign saying that I had to come back later because nobody was available to serve my registration. When someone did show up, I experienced three unsuccessful attempts to get room keys that would unlock my door. After three trips back to the desk to say "these keys don't work", the staff person came to the room and unlocked it manually, which meant I couldn't leave the room because there were no room keys that worked. There was no television service at the property because of some technology issue that had not been resolved. My bathroom sink leaked. When I went to leave my third floor room and check out, the elevator was out of service so I had to use the stairs with all of my luggage. Two weeks ago when I stayed there, I had to switch rooms because the refrigerator was making a loud noise that you could hear down the hall. My room was clean, but the hallways leading to my room are dirty and they smell. Not a positive experience. Never again."

"Great location. Complimentary happy hour and amazing breakfast. Just didn’t like having to pay for parking. $7.50 a day. "

"The room was clean. The staff was friendly. It was in a very convenient area. Only five minutes from the town. "

"Expedia didn't disclose that the hotel is going thru lobby and hallway renovations. There were contractors, buckets, paint, throughout the lobby. The front desk informed me that they can cancel the reservation but need to contact Expedia for refund. Expedia told me the decision is ultimately the hotel's so therefore i need to talk to them. So basically both sides made me feel like 'suck it, you are too small of a customer and we dont care about your stay" "

"Jimmy was clearly communicative, which made our stay smooth. Our trip to Woodstock centered on a home purchase, which made for a busy turn around trip in and out of Georgia. The home was perfectly organized and set up for what we needed as an inviting, comfortable and organized temporary home base. I plan to stay again! Fun fact, my stay included my cousin being with me on this trip and we got to stay in the home ON Cousins Road. The photo we took of us at the street sign serves as a wonderful memory!! Thank you!!!"
