"We have stayed here before and it was ok. It was a decent cheap option. This time was a fully different experience. I will never stay there again. The outside door to the room had problems opening and closing. There was a gap between the door and frame. Bathroom wasnt very clean. Also looked like a dog had chewed on the bathroom door. Stains on the sheets. The first floor room we had was beyond loud. You could hear every single noise from above and next to us. Sketchy people staying there and strong marijuana smell. "

"Simple small rooms with self-service, they offered nice amenities - Oreos, water, eyemasks and earplugs. The room was fine for what I needed, a place to sleep. The parking was a bummer ($12 a day in a public lot) but the main issue with my stay was noise: the walls are very thin, I could perfectly hear music being played to my right, and a television show being watched to my left. From 6am I could hear phone alarms going off and dogs barking, I unfortunately didn’t get much sleep. If you’re a morning person with basic needs, this is a great place to stay! But if you’re a light sleeper, perhaps give it a miss. "

"This place is disgusting!!! They have roaches and the furniture and bedding is badly stained. I left after seeing the first 4 roaches. "

"Very comfortable, quiet and cozy and close to our destination which was Stanford Hospital. Slept good and breakfast was excellent. Lately we have been disappointed that Embassy Suites and Hilton have cut back on the quaily of their breakfast buffett, so we thought we'd try a new place and we were not disappointed. We will definately recommend this place to family and friends. "

"Check in and parking was easy. We asked for extra pillows but never got them. The window opened, which is a plus for fresh air (it was in March) and the road noise did quiet down at night. Water took a long time to get hot but it did. Fridge and microwave but no coffee in the room, and no breakfast at all. Thin towels. Bottom sheet did not reach the foot of the King bed. Top cover was nice. Small shower stall with soap and shampoo provided."
