As a return guest, whom we truly appreciate, you are well aware that we can be contacted at any time due to any concerns you are facing. We would have placed you in a different room immediately had you contacted us about the conditions of the room. We will of course resolve the issues you mentioned, with our housekeeping, and are grateful for bringing it to our attention. Additionally, the AC is absolutely adjustable and again, a quick call would have resolved any issue that it may have been causing. We hope we can welcome you again for a better experience.

We are sorry to hear that you did not have the chance to stay with us due to the fact it was dark outside at night and the lack of cars in our parking lot during dinner time or possibly a less busy night. We do apologize that we could not offer a five star hotel room experience for a two star price at our little motel. All of our rooms have deadbolts, located underneath the actual door handle. Aside from our 24 hour landline, we also communicated with you from a cell phone for your convenience to text or call anytime to express any concerns you had. We would have happily switched your room to a more suitable one and showed you the location of the deadbolt. We do hope you had a secure and comfortable stay elsewhere.
