「My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel had several maintenance and service issues that affected the experience. The elevator was broken, which made it inconvenient to get around the property. Inside the room, the thermostat did not work properly. When I tried to adjust the temperature from 70 to 71 degrees, either the air conditioning would turn on full blast or the heater would turn on full blast. 「Employees were friendly and helpful. You felt like a guest. The room was super clean and smelled nice. It is so nice to be treated nicely and like you are important. I would highly recommend this hotel. You will feel pampered.」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「The hotel was clean and the view from the room was great with floor to ceiling windows. There is a lot of street construction in front of the hotel - the whole block actually, but when that’s done the view will be even better. We had a two bedroom suite, and had plenty of space for all 5 of us. There are lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. It’s also walking distance from the Riverwalk.
