The staff are really friendly and accommodating, they were happy to speak English as my German is very poor! Would happily stay here again if I find myself in Wolfsburg in the future.

Wolfsburg

Brilliant hotel! A fair price and really clean, friendly staff, a bar open until 12am with lots of seats, mini snack bar in reception, really big hotel. We paid for a double room but were given a large room with 2 huge double beds, a large window and a lovely bathroom with bathtub and shower. Wolfsburg is small so the hotel is nearby everything, at the end of the main shopping road. A 30 minute walk to Volkswagen arena.

Vi skulle tidligt afsted om morgenen videre på ferie, men batteriet i værelsets safe var løbet tør for strøm. Dette medførte at vi ikke kunne få vores pas og ure.. Da vi gjorde receptionen opmærksom på dette fik vi fortalt at de først kunne hjælpe når housekeeping mødte ind kl 08.00. Først 08.45 fik vi vores ting og kunne komme videre.

Der junge Mann beim Check-In war sehr freundlich. Die Lobby, der Bar- & Essensbereich sieht neu renoviert aus. Der Hotelflügel hinter der Lobby ist jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Aufzug, Flur und Zimmer (vor allem die Türen) wirken sehr alt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Erwachsene gebucht, auf Expedia wurden hier ein Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten oder 1 Doppelbett & 1 Queenbett angegeben. Erhalten haben wir jedoch ein kleines Zimmer mit einem sehr kleinen Zustellbett, es wirkte wie ein ausgeklappter Schlafsessel, der sehr hart war. Die Lüftung im innenliegenden Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Die Fugen bei den Armaturen sind ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen. Die Cocktails an der Bar waren sehr gut, außerdem gab es in der Lobby kostenlos Popkorn - eine schöne Idee, die ich so noch nicht kannte. Das Frühstück war gut, leider jedoch wenig regionale Spezialitäten.
