"Nothing to complain about as far as the personnel, but when you are running the hot water in your bathroom sink if you turn on the cold faucet, even just a tiny bit then all the water runs cold. A friend of mine who was also attending the same event, I was attending was on the fifth floor while I was on the third floor and he experienced the same thing. Beautiful hotel, but cannot get the plumbing right!"

"Our room was essentially clean. A dirty hand towel had been left (it was stained, maybe makeup?) crumpled up next to the sink. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirt was left behind by the mop. But very sticky and i used the bathtowels to cover the floor. Upon check-in I was informed they were adding a $100 charge for room condition. That was to be refunded after check out. Bathroom light was very bright and could not be turned off. We closed the door for overnight. Only one washcloth was in the bathroom, and we didn't discover that til the morning we left - we were only there one night. Buyer should know this before they book it."

"Our room was spacious and clean, although some of the furniture was quite worn. Especially the couch in the main room was badly in need of being replaced. That said, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen area was a great plus, as we were working in the room. Breakfast was good and well stocked, and all the staff members were kind and helpful"

"Checking staff was very friendly. Wanted a late check out and they accommodated it at no extra cost. The elevators were slow as hell but at least they worked. Room wasn’t stocked completely. Missing some towels and soap to wash your hands.Overall not too bad for the price."

"It seemed like there were a lot of families staying there from another country. I am not talking about a room or two. I am talking about several rooms. Just a weird vibe. Aside from that the hotel was fine. They put out the exact same thing for breakfast too... every day... same thing."
