Booked for 3 nights on business trip. Incredibly inconvenient that you have to call someone 45 min in adnavce to say that you need a check-in. Came into apartment and found there was no WiFi, which I wasn’t told about in advance. Lovely lady promised to make a discount for first night (of course no one ever did refund me anything). Deliberately asked to not let any maintainance guys in while I’m stayin in the apartment, came back home second day and realised someone installed talk talk WiFi, after I said I’m fine with discount for first night and no WiFi after as long as no one comes in, I care a lot about my privacy. This is an abluslute no-no for any hotel.
Floors were dirty, found some black hair on the walls in shower (I’m ginger so defo not mine) and boiler or whatever it is is in the bedroom closet makes constant fan sound which is quite irritating. Key from the balcony was wrong, so never had a chance to open the door to the balcony.
The only positives is nice bedding and good location.
Would not recommend it to anyone at the end, especially if you can add on 20 pounds and stay somewhere much nicer.
