Der Parkplatzwächter lehnt sich kurz nach Mitternacht an Autos der Gäste, raucht dabei 3 Zigaretten in 12 Minuten, schmeißt die Kippen auf den Boden und hustet laut über den Platz.

Das Hotel bietet viele positive Aspekte, aber auch ein paar Punkte, die aus meiner Sicht verbesserungswürdig sind. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und von guter Qualität – hier findet wirklich jeder etwas Passendes. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und modern eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlen kann. Weniger angenehm empfand ich jedoch, dass Hunde mit ins Restaurant genommen werden dürfen. In einem Fall hat ein Hund sogar einen Holzbalken im Restaurantbereich markiert – das sollte in einem gepflegten Ambiente nicht passieren. Der Parkplatz ist ausreichend groß, allerdings nicht überwacht. Dafür extra zahlen zu müssen, finde ich in diesem Zusammenhang nicht ganz nachvollziehbar. Ein kleiner, aber störender Punkt: Die Türen im Hotel fallen sehr laut ins Schloss, wenn man sie nicht aktiv festhält – das stört vor allem nachts die Ruhe. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit Luft nach oben bei einigen Details.

Ein wirkliches sehr tolles Hotel. Die Betten und die Zimmer allgemein sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch ein richtiger Kühlschrank ist auf dem Zimmer. Wir haben zudem Spa Anwendungen und das Frühstück gebucht. Beides ist sehr zu empfehlen. Durchweg absolut freundliches Personal. Einzig, dass unser Badezimmerfenster keinen Sichtschutz hatte, führt zu einem Punkt Abzug. Wir haben dann ein Handtuch vor das Fenster gehangen. Wir hatten zudem an einem Morgen nur kaltes Wasser zum duschen, was auf Nachfragen, wohl das ganze Hotel betraf, aber schnell wieder behoben werden konnte und nach dem Frühstück war das Wasser wieder warm.

Super neue Location

Super Location- tolle Lage an der Harle in fussläufiger Entfernung zu Nordseestrand oder auch zur Ortsmitte von carolinensiel. Zimmer klasse und geschmackvoll mit großem Wohlfühlbad. Frühstück übersichtlich - aber qualitativ gut. 6 Personen haben zu Abend gegessen: 3 waren sehr zufrieden 3 waren eher enttäuscht von ihrer Mahlzeit. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht aber leider zu wenig um dem Ansturm an diesem langen Wochenende gerecht zu werden. Zu viele ungelernte bzw. Neue Mitarbeiter. Tolle Lobby und Aufenthaltsbereich. Bar direkt im Restaurant sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Hier fehlt das Wohlfühlen..Kleiner Wellnessbereich - leider kein Fitnessraum!! Daher nur 4 von 5 Sternen

Alles ok, leider Erholungswert gleich null weil es Gäste gibt die nicht wissen was sich gehört. Fernseher bis in die Nacht sehr laut gestellt, leider hat das Hotelpersonal nichts unternehmen können, man konnte "die Lärmquelle nicht identifizieren"???!!! War ganz schlecht mit Einschlafen.. schade. Nächte sehr kurz...

Schönes neues Hotel, modern, in Natur Tönen gehalten. Leider wie bei vielen Hotels viel zu üppige Bettdecken für den Sommer. Nette Servicekräfte im Frühstücksraum, aber leider total überlastet, drei mal am Bufett gewesen alle drei Marmeladen Gläser leer Gäste kratzen verzweifelt das letzte aus dem Glas, ebenso beim Lachs und dem Aufschnitt. Es wurde wieder aufgefüllt aber wirklich sehr spät. Wie gesagt das Personal konnte nichts dafür …. die sind gerannt um abzuräumen, aufzudecken, und Gäste zu platzieren. Ich weiß das Personal schwer zu bekommen ist vielleicht gibt es ja andere Lösungen.
