「Owner not forthcoming with information Expect to pay for the electricity you use Toilet has no ventilation, odours will spread throughout the accommodation Make sure you take photos when you leave, so able to provide when accused of breakages Shower door has black mould Cold accommodation, difficult to heat, damp and wet windows 」

「Nice clean apartment ..Lovely quiet place.Host friendly and helpful. The accommodation is set in an area where there are nice walks.Plenty of fish in the lake.Close to visiting areas such as Lincoln Mablethorpe and Doddington Hall.」

「It was the cheapest option available on Expedia. Location was absolutely perfect. All the main shops were 7-10 minutes walk from my apartment. Beach was on 8 min walk. Room was reasonably clean. No problem with checking in. Nice quiet spot for rest after the full day of excitement. Can’t complain about anything for the price I paid. With little bit of TLC the owner can get double the amount of money.」

「Absolutely beautiful house in a tranquil setting. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Fab hosts who were always on hand and checked if we were ok or needed anything. 」

「Property was ok to sleep in few down points regarding bathroom cleaning and no toaster in kitchen Property may look into getting few more bits into kitchen for cooking facilities no frying pans there could do with few clothes hooks for coats too」
