「Staff was rude and not helpful. When I made my reservation I was informed my companion /service animal was welcome for a fee. No problem. When I arrived to check in I was told absolutley not. I asked to cancel my booking that I used rhru a 3rd party and I was told they would not help me and that it was my problem. I left and they had someone stand outside to make sure I got in my car and left.Rude, not helpful, and snotty attitude. I was accommodated up the stree, no problem. I would not...

「This property is disgusting, and actually kind of scary. Shady looking characters outside, a very run down building, and the pictures should speak for themselves as to what I saw when I checked in. I left the property and went to the Country Inn. Still haven't been refunded.」

「We were picked up from the airport and we had a very friendly woman pick us up! I believe she said she was a manager and she was very nice and extremely helpful! The check in was quick and we were greeted by Stephanie who was very friendly! Overall we had a great stay and the hotel was clean and everyone was very friendly. You don't find that much anymore and I will recommend everyone to stay at here!!!!!!」

「The room was clean and spacious, parking right next to the soccer complex was ideal. Unfortunately there was a truck whose car alarm kept going off - twice in the night and then multiple times through the morning. Not much the hotel can do about that but it was a bummer!」

「The room we were in had a large, visible red stain all over the carpet by the daybed that wasn’t cleaned. The daybed itself was covered in stains, and not cleaned at all. When I pulled it out I found garbage inside it. Next to the daybed itself the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or tended to in quite some time. In the bathroom, there was no soap whatsoever, not for the sink or shower. I had to get soap, towels, pool towels (because nobody was tending to that) from the front desk...

「Our bed didn't seem as though it was changed? The sheets were all rumpled and there was a long dark hair in the bed when I pulled the cover back - there was also a mark on the outer cover as though something had been spilled. Bathroom was clean, shower a bit temperamental and air con noisy. Good breakfast and convenient location but disappointed in the stay.」
