「The area of the resort that we stayed in was the oldest and needs updating. We did have a beautiful view of the river. The waterpark and pools shut down at 7pm so plan accordingly. Staff was friendly 」

「The front desk staff was excellent. The pool areas were nice and clean. Good location. The elevator was out of order on our last day so getting to our 3rd floor room was a little inconvenient but it happens. Not a big deal. Our room was spacious and clean. Really our only complaint would be the rock hard beds and pillows. They were very uncomfortable unfortunately. Other than that, our stay was fine.」

「It was very clean !! Staff was friendly. Didn’t like the fact that the people above us you could hear the kids running constantly early in the mornings. Next time I’ll book to see if I can get top floor . Didn’t care for the fact that we had to get all our clean towels daily and take care of garbage all the time - our stay was for four nights. 」
