The unit was not in good shape the kitchen faucet was loose, water leaked under the vanities, the bathrooms were super small no place to sit and eat a table. The provided dishes were not what you come to expect staying at these places there were a miss match of things some even saying not intended for food use on them. It was ok for our purpose being in town for an event but I wouldn’t stay here for a vacation getting to the lake and grills and pool were not convenient from where our place was. However I can say the folks working there are super nice and helpful and if I understand correctly the units are individually owned so it’s hard to know if you’re getting a good one or not.

We checked in late and got to our place, the Ben was not made with dirty sheets, disgusting blankets with pet hair. Office was closed at this time so we had to suck it up until the next morning. I got to the office at 10am opening time but no one was there, I had to tell ground maintenance to demand someone to help us. Front desk did call back and gave us a new room with a compensation for the night before which we were thankful for. It was okay, I wish they provided enough towels, clean linen, detergent and items for our stay. Beach was gross although it’s a private beach. I’m glad they moved us to a new spot, but overall, never returning.

Amazing location right on lake. Not so good coffee pot was dirty had not been clean. Biggest issue was the snow and ice on stairs was not clean. We had a unit on lower level and you had to hold on tight to guard rail going up or down stairs due to the snow and ice

The location and outdoor areas of this property are fantastic! We did have a late check in and it was difficult to find our building and unit in the dark. It also would have been nice to have a light on inside when we arrived. The staircase heading up to our second floor unit and balcony were patched together and in need of attention. Otherwise our condo was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay here in the future.

Our unit was outdated but comfortable. The cold lighting was most unpleasant. Please use warm, inviting light bulbs for the bedroom and living room. Also, the resort needs to use gentle light in their lamp posts! The lamp post near our deck cast a bright police state light and it was interfering with stargazing. The view was pretty from our deck but the lake was green while we were visiting. We enjoyed the pool with our small children, the waterfall gave a great back massage and relaxing vibe. The sauna and hot tub were in good working order.

Fairly Nice Needs a Touch of Updating

We had a quick getaway for Father's day weekend. Overall the property was nice, decent pool, and super friendly staff. Even though we didn't cook anything, I loved that the kitchen had full size appliances. Furniture was comfortable, just could have used an ottoman to put our feet up after a long day walking. Didn’t use the jacuzzi but it did look inviting! Only complaints I have are the outlets in the living/dining area. They were so loose, we couldn't get anything to stay plugged in. Lastly while this is more esthetic than functional, it would look a lot more appealing if all of the stairway was updated. Leaving the section of stairs leading directly to the condo with the older wood, chipped paint and slightly wobbliness, made you wonder if the rest of the condo would be the same. Thankfully it wasn't. Would stay here again if the opportunity came up.

The condo we stayed in was beautiful. It was better than we imagined. We read reviews and some of them were not flattering - but I am here to tell you this place was very nice! We arrived early and the people at the front desk were very nice and explained they would text us if we could get in early. So we decided to start our vacation tour of the Dells early. Once we received the text I was nervous the front desk would be closed (reviews said no one was ever there), that could not have been more wrong. The people at the desk for check in were extremely nice and helpful. We got into our condo and it was clean, spacious and perfect accommodations for our family. The resorts pool is small - but when you have every water park near by it is ok - it was perfect for chill time with the family. We all enjoyed the hot tub. The lake behind the resort was super peaceful. Parking looked like it would be tight, but there was more than enough room. The beds were comfortable. We had more than enough towels and the in room washer and dryer was a bonus! Even though I was on vacation it was so nice to be able to wash our things at the end of the day. We are planning on making this a yearly trip!

The propery was very dated. The waterslide that was advertised was no longer in the pool area. The unit itself was visibly very dusty and need a detailed cleaning. Beds were comfy but could use air in the downstairs queen room. It met our needs for the family.

The stairs to the dock were right outside our door. Caught some fish while watching a bald eagle flying nearby. We did not like that one of our vehicles had to be parked down the road. That was a very big inconvenience
