「I always stay where I visiting family in a neighboring city. It's in downtown Valdosta. Super quaint and convenient. The restoration is really nice. I like the antiquetious feel. You should give it a try. I do warn you that the property sits on a major highway. But it's a highway thru a small-town-downtown square.」

「Positive: The beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. The game room was a nice surprise for our kids. The kids loved the pool. Most of the employees were very pleasant. I didn’t hear any street or neighbor noises inside our room. Negative: The air didn’t cool well and wasn’t turned down before we arrived. The hair dryer didn’t work. Expedia didn’t notate that the hotel required a $100 deposit, but they did after arrival. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.」

「The location was great and walkable to most eateries which was nice. The room was fairly clean (the shower could have used some TLC) and was spacious. The breakfast was lackluster at best and ran out of proteins and had long lines for the 1 waffle maker thus making the inclusive breakfast not worthwhile. The coffee/tea station had no lemon juice nor honey so very basic. The overall stay was definitely not worth the price at over $200/night not including taxes.」

「TVs did not work and the phone didn’t work to even call the front desk so you could get the TV to work and then every floor had a crack in it and then to top it off in the morning, I went to at least get a cup of juice to take with me for their free breakfast and the juice machine was not working, so you were not able to get any beverages.」

「I gotta say, this was absolutely a god awful experience. I already was stressed out and trying to make last minute accommodations. I looked through some reviews and booked 4 my nights here. Upon checking in, the room just seemed off, I couldn't place it until I looked up.... Mold all over the ceiling. At first, I thought it was smoke damage that they had tried to clean. There were swipe marks like it had been wiped, but the walls showed even more and it became clear there was just mold...
