Het was daar heerlijk en schoon. Alleen de kamerszijn heel gehorig. De vloeren kraken heel erg en dat hoor je heel erg als je daar onder slaapt. Dus dat maakt je constant wakker. Heel jammer.

Naar huis gegaan ivm stank

Er kan geen raam open in de hotelkamer, er lagen vliegjes bij het raam. Bij het betreden van de badkamer kwam er een enorme rioollucht je tegemoet. Klacht ingediend bij de "receptie". De eigenaar zou naar ons toe komen. Een kwartier gewacht, toen zijn we opnieuw naar de receptie gelopen met de vraag of we kamer 11 konden krijgen. Deze stond open daar was geen rioollucht te ruiken en er kon een raampje open. Dit kon niet alles was bezet. Weer naar de eigenaar gevraagd, alles uitgelegd dat het niet te doen was vanwege de stank. Geld terug gevraagd, dit kregen we gelukkig. De man gaf aan zijn best te doen. Maar dat betwijfel ik. De kamer was nog best prijzig 124 euro exclusief ontbijt, daar moesten we nog 11 euro pp. Betalen.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wir wurden nett begrüßt und mit einem Kaffee/Tee/Saft begrüßt. Der Frühstücks- und Restaurantbereich ist sehr gemütlich gestaltet. Anschließend brachte man uns zu unserem Zimmer und zeigte uns kurz alles. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es steht eine Küche zur Verfügung, die richtig gut ausgestattet ist. Ebenfalls ist ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierabteil zur Nutzung aufgestellt. Unser Zimmer war schön groß und das Bett sehr angenehm. Was man wissen sollte: Es gibt keinen Haarföhn (möglicherweise kann dieser ausgeliehen werden, wir hatten unseren dabei) und keine Duschgels. Seife ist bereitgestellt. Der Hof liegt ein paar Kilometer ausserhalb von Winterswijk Fahrräder oder ein Auto sollte man dabei haben. Er ist wunderschön von der Natur umgeben und für den Sommer stehen im Außenbereich Sitzmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung.

Unbelievably beautiful place. Great location near the border, calm and clean with onsite free car park and good internet coverage in most rooms. Please be aware that in Netherlands many venders and service providers not set up to accept Visa cards. That is either debit or credit. So, be in a position of some cash. Although there are ATM machines available in nearby towns. Have a calm treat.

Check-In mit kleiner Sprachbarriere • Top Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!! • äußerst zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal • uriges Ambiente, wunderschön gelegen • gemütliches, kleines Zimmer mit riesigem, sehr bequemem Bett, TV leider nur im separaten Gemeinschaftsbereich, aber: voll ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche und Essbereich (SUPER!) • umfangreiche Gästemappe mit Ausflugsvorschlägen und Hotelgeschichte – leider fast ausschließlich auf Niederländisch (Englisch und Deutsch dazu und die Mappe wird zum Highlight) • WLAN • großes Bad mit Dusche • der tolle Aussenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein • Restaurant mit kleiner (Imbiss) und großer Karte, leckeres Frühstück – teils als Buffet, teils auf Nachfrage • Wellness & Massage wird angeboten • anhängiger kleiner Campingplatz; Fazit: Fahrrad mitnehmen (oder Vorort ausleihen) und BUCHEN!!!

Nu nog mooi, maar toekomst is afwachtend

Bij aankomst was er slechts één persoon voor de bedieningen restaurant, begroeting gasten en oplossen van de problemen. Zo moesten mensen wachten op hun eten omdat deze persoon ons naar de kamer begeleide. Ontzetten veel respect voor deze persoon maar dit komt op termijn uiteraard niet goed. Dit gevoel hadden we ook bij de kamers. Het was allemaal nog nieuw en netjes maar dit gaat ook onderhouden moeten worden. Hier en door toch grote stofplekken

Lovely Property in Idyllic Setting

A wonderful property in idyllic surroundings. The buildings were nicely renovated, and everything was extremely family-/child-friendly. My only criticism is the lack of proper ventilation/cooling. During our stay the temperatures were in the mid-30's and our otherwise lovely and spacious room was exceedingly stuffy, which made sleeping very difficult.

Schönes Hotel, prima Landschaft, nette Mitarbeiter

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel war spitze. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und schafft eine prima Erholung. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten wären jedoch: TV im Zimmer, Fön im Zimmer, mehr Handtücher, aufklappbare/öffnenbare Fenster und Türen, besseres Schloss an den Türen, Badeartikel. Wenn man davon absieht, hat man jedoch ein wunderbares Hotel, das ich jedem nur weiterempfehlen kann.
