"I am writing this review at 05 in the morning because the bed keeps me awake, it is completely worn out, soft, and I can feel the springs from the mattress in my back. There seems to be a topping bedding mattress missing, it feels unhygienic and the sheet just moves around. It supposed to be a double bed but the two separate beds just sliding apart. "We think the hotel was OK, needs a bit of an update, faster lift, better beds, a spare pillow should be provided, bigger TV in the room/ too small for the room size. The wifi was very slow and not really suitable to try and use for business purpose in my experience. It is nicely situated and the staff were friendly, an update of the technology would improve it a lot. "

"Nice hotel , but certain staff members need a chase up , miserable ignorant bar staff and maybe a bit of common courtesy of being able to book in by changing the language setting on the silly tablets from German and also the food menus etc etc , Sorry but this hole sadly let us down in many ways , ah well, for me I’d never go back "
