I've stayed in several hotels around Wake Forest University while visiting my child who attends WFU and this was my first at the Best Western. The Best Western is by far the best value. It's clean, customer service was pleasant and they have a nice free breakfast. This is right across from the Marriott which is about 40% more expensive - I noticed no difference in quality (both are quality options). This is my new hotel while visiting WFU.

Room was ok..for One night stay... Staff ..well we waited over 20 minutes for some one to come to the front desk. I finally called and they must of heard the phone I ne. She came finally...it was 5:30 pm. .. Breakfast has a nice variety... Parking is very good On plus. Its close to resturants

Spacious and clean room. Bathroom is a bit small, but all good. Nice lobby. Breakfast bar is very good showing various classic breakfast items like scrambled egg, bacon, waffle, and bread for toast. Loved the biscuit and gravy.

Not worth the price we paid for an upgraded room. Nothing special, tub was hard to get in and out of, curtain was broken and wouldn’t fully shut and walls are thin and could hear everything. Staff was kind and helpful and it was clean.

The supervisory staff was rude at every turn. No room cleaning was completed even after several requests throughout the day. When we finally asked for towels, the supervisor gave them to us with hate in her eyes. No acknowledgment or apology. Very strange and extremely unpleasant. The room was dark and the floors dirty. The closet door fell off of the broken hinge. On the morning of our son’s graduation, there was no coffee or breakfast ready at 7:45 when we all had to leave. I honestly haven’t stayed in a place this poorly run in several decades.

Don’t walk but run away from this hotel. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were accosted by the horrible smell. The exterior door to the parking lot didn’t lock, the hallways had food spilled in them, the elevator was extremely slow and nothing was clean. When we opened the door to our room there was a cockroach in the hallway and another one in the bathroom. Needless to say the last thing we did was linger and eat breakfast. This area seemed very shady at night time as well and it is far off from the interstate. Go somewhere else!
