「This is a good place to stay at. It’s clean, safe and family friendly. They have a Giant Tiger close by, in case you ran out of something or need to get some snacks. There’s a mall close by and the casino is just down the street. I like staying at this location. 」

「My room had a bad smell unfortunately. My room still had a carpet which probably caused the bad odor. I feel the hotel needs to renovate their rooms...and pull out all the carpets! Also...we only had paper-cups for drinking there was no glasses for drinking! I travel a lot and the hotels I have stayed had both paper and glass for beverages. 「Great stay for the price. It's an older hotel but it was clean, fairly quiet (it's downtown so expect some street noise) and a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good. I would recommend staying here.」

「The neighbourhood around the hotel is very poor. Homeless people and drug addicts sit outside the hotel front door, and use the hotel bathroom all the time. Feel very unsafe. Toilet easily get stuck. Staff is unfriendly when requested for room change due to the toilet situation. 」
